Abbey House is located at the edge of Churchtown and is approached through a pair of stone gateposts leading down a private driveway either to the front car park or the rear cobbled courtyard. The house is a substantial family house set in beautiful gardens extending to approximately 3.8 acres mainly laid to lawn but with a variety of mature shrubs, trees and plants. Within the gardens are also a hard tennis court, outdoor heated swimming pool and a large garden pavilion, there is also a vegetable garden and a garden shed.
