Hallfield Hall

Hallfield Hall is a well presented freehold family house with many original features including working shutters, period mouldings, high ceilings and some fine working fireplaces. All the principal rooms face south and overlook the beautiful gardens.  It is approached by either front or rear drives to the house leading to an area of gravelled off road parking.

There are two interconnecting double bedrooms and a fully fitted bathroom. To the front of the cottage is private parking for several cars.
 
Outside: To the rear of the house is a gravelled driveway leading to an area of off road parking for several cars. To the side of the cottage courtyard is a substantial greenhouse with adjoining store/potting shed, this leads onto a productive vegetable garden with raised beds. Clifton Hall

The house is approached either down a private rear driveway or by means of a front drive which also gives access to a neighboring property.

Ground floor: A small area of front garden behind ornate iron railings leads to the front door which opens into an entrance lobby with cloakroom off and then into a large reception hall with birch flooring giving access to all the principal rooms. There is a sitting room overlooking the garden with wood fireplace and working shutters. To the left of the hall is a further sitting room with a stone fireplace which could be a formal dining room given that it has access to the rear kitchen. The drawing room is a fine room with wide bay window overlooking the garden, oak floor, wood fireplace with working grate and marble inlays. Longford Grange

Longford Grange is a substantial freehold house set in beautiful mature gardens.
